The story of Adam and Micky, and John and his family is more compelling than some of content. However, that should be expected, as human stories are often more interesting than humor, satire, and morning-show antics. Hence reality TV.
The content is more important.

To be fair to Adam Curry, who obviously was talking about USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-A) which wikipedia, the fount of all knowledge and wisdom says the USS Enterprise is going to be decommissioned in 2293!
